As Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our rapid expansion within the payroll sector, focusing on the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). You'll be at the forefront of our efforts to provide comprehensive payroll solutions to construction businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.Identify new business opportunities and leads generation is a fundamental part of the sales activities, with weekly KPI targets driving your success.Engage in phone-based activities, arranging multiple client meetings each week.Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those needs.Take full job briefs from clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and maintaining compliance with new accounts.Stay updated on CIS regulations and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.Close sales deals face-to-face.
