This role will sit within our Plastic Surgeon business who cover the whole of mainland UK, delivering high quality, engineered, damaged surface repairs to 1000s of customers every month.

The main purpose of this role is to develop and grow our existing customer base and provide sales volume in the House Build sector. Working closely with the Sales Director to identify and develop a regional, new business strategy targeting sustainable volume whilst providing account management to national and regional clients to achieve compliance and account growth.

To be successful in this role we believe you need previous experience selling to house builders, be commercially astute, comfortable presenting up to board level and have strong experience in developing and maintaining relationships.
