The company is one of the UK s leading corporate and commercial workplace design and build businesses providing full turnkey solutions to primarily city centre organisations across the UK. The go to interior design and fit-out company of choice to many prestigious brands, they are looking for a true team player and networker, to work in a professional, collaborative environment. As part of their growth strategy, they have created a brand-new opportunity for a Business Development Executive which will be pivotal to help nurture/develop relationships with prospective clients. The primary focus of this role is to build relationships and identify quality leads which are then passed through to the field sales team to secure the deal.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing relationships with potential customers through quality conversations, understanding their individual needs and qualifying leads that have the potential to yield future revenue. In return the company are offering a very competitive salary, profit share bonus and potential future progression.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve required no. of calls as detailed in KPIs. Update and maintain CRM to ensure clarity for enhanced collaboration and optimisation Introduction of the required no. of verified MQL s (Qualified leads) to sales team to meet team target. Creation and maintenance of healthy pipeline of aligned opportunities Securing appointments to achieve team KPIs. Attendance at weekly Sales Meeting Attendance at weekly BD Meeting Weekly and monthly review of KPIs v Target Meeting/Exceeding KPI s as part of a team Be an effective ambassador of the brand Act as a positive role model within the business Continually strive to improve customer satisfaction Requirements

Previous business development sales experience Excellent relationship building Confident and engaging Ability to build rapport with customers at all levels including c-suite Excellent telephone manner Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal Business Development/Sales experience working within a project based business would be highly desirable Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30/5pm (flexible)
