An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to assume responsibility for the entirety of the UK territory. This role is integral in maintaining and enhancing a robust clientele base, fostering enduring, mutually advantageous partnerships. The successful candidate will exhibit a passion, unyielding drive, and unwavering confidence in contributing to the business in a collaborative and inventive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a pipeline of prospective clients and business leads through in-person meetings, targeted phone outreach, and innovative marketing techniques.Cultivate and augment existing client connections to ensure maximum value is realised.Set sights on substantial clients and projects, leading negotiations and optimising commercial prospects via regular engagement.Formulate and implement national visit strategies, considering client potential, priority, and location to ensure efficiency in resource allocation.Deliver comprehensive product presentations, effectively showcasing the utility and unique selling points of diverse items.Provide installation training, either on-site or in workshops, for new customers as required.Serve as a proponent of elevated customer service standards, further strengthening customer retention levels.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in B2B field sales within a competitive sales landscape, boasting a track record of account cultivation and results attainment, preferably with a technical background.Familiarity with the architectural or steel industry is advantageous, though not obligatory.Proficiency in communication coupled with robust analytical capabilities. The ability to perform adeptly under pressure and within tight deadlines.Rapid relationship-building skills, coupled with a proactive stance and approach. A demonstrated affinity for achieving targets and meeting KPIs.The headquarters is situated in Bradford, necessitating travel across the UK. Occasional overnight stays will be required, along with possession of a valid UK driving license.
