The Opportunity

Responsible for small to medium scale change, and support for larger scale changes in Operations. Projects will encompass development and enhancement of services, products and processes and may also include regulatory, mandatory and elective process changes.

You'll be:

Manage and facilitate project reporting & processes to ensure appropriate progress tracking in terms of resources, timescales and Business Readiness.Liaise with business areas in Operations to support project development and implementation needs.Be the point of contact for wider changes initiated by other areas which impact upon Operations, ensuring impacts are assessed and taking action where detrimental impacts are identifiedIdentify and manage key stakeholder relationships required internally within Operations, with Client and IT deliveries to help Diligenta meet its objectives.Lead Business Readiness for all in scope change initiatives implemented into Operations.Ensure Operations are supported during implementations to ensure impacts are understood and managed.Align the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support Project delivery where applicable and ensure all requirements for Operations areas are achieved whilst protecting operational integrity.Coordinate resource requests for projects and rectifications and ensure the resource spent is accurately recorded.
