Your Role: In this role, you will play a fundamental part in our ability to create innovative, high-value solutions that meet our clients' business needs. Your responsibilities include:
Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the engineering sector.Operating with autonomy and initiative in a flexible, 'can-do' environment.Collaborating with internal teams to architect and deliver solutions.Leading sales activities, overseeing processes, and ensuring successful project launches.Taking responsibility for analysing and forecasting new business and revenues to support both the long-term client relationship as well as achieving in-year financial objectives.
Experience/Knowledge:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in solution management for Key Accounts or managing Key Accounts transnationally.Track record of finding and winning major deals exceeding 2M.Understanding of sales processes associated with complex, solution-based sales.Leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and client engagement.Ability to address client challenges and provide immediate and medium-term solutions.Familiarity with innovation and R&D challenges in digital transformation.Skills in analysing and forecasting new business to meet financial objectives.
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level.Experience in the UK engineering sector is Advantageous but NOT EssentialExceptional interpersonal and team working skills.Ability to translate business needs into potential solutions.Strategic thinking for both long-term and short-term perspectives.Proficiency in estimating financial impacts and handling client contract negotiations.Excellent presentation skills, organization, and credibility at a senior level.
