We are looking for a Business Development Admin Support to join our team for a 6-month temporary assignment.
As a Business Development Admin Support, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the business development team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, invoices, and reports- Communicating with existing and potential clients, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and social media- Researching and identifying new business opportunities and market trends- Maintaining and updating the CRM system and other databases- Assisting with marketing and branding initiatives such as creating newsletters, flyers, and social media posts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude- A passion for sustainability and green energy
