We provide high–quality training courses and consultancy services to clients in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and power generation industries. We are looking for a Business Development Admin Support to join our team for a 6–month temporary assignment.
As a Business Development Admin Support, you will be responsible for:
– Supporting the business development team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, invoices, and reports– Communicating with existing and potential clients, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and social media– Researching and identifying new business opportunities and market trends– Maintaining and updating the CRM system and other databases– Assisting with marketing and branding initiatives such as creating newsletters, flyers, and social media posts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software– A proactive, flexible, and team–oriented attitude– A passion for sustainability and green energy
