Position: Business Change Manager - North West Transformation
Key Responsibilities:
Experience and Alignment:
Introduce major business cultural and process change in a complex organization.Develop a clear understanding of the case for change and benefits realization, contributing to the anticipated Outline Business Case for the North West Transformation.Align change activities across the business, collaborating with other business areas.Collaboration and Support:
Work with the Transformation team and consult with DG areas and business units to identify central interventions that support the planning and implementation maturity for NW transition.Capture an evolving picture of planning and implementation maturity for NW transition to identify areas needing central interventions.Share learning and best practices related to the Northern Transition across business areas and teams.Centralized Interventions and Support:
Provide centralized interventions, support, and information to mature the planning and implementation of the Northern Transition.Develop business change strategies and planning in line with the delivery plan.Collaborate with Project Managers and System Engineers to develop and implement lasting change.Advice and Guidance:
Provide advice and guidance to Tx colleagues on business change practice and approaches.Support specific business change efforts within themes (Culture, Campus, People, Ecosystem, Workforce Planning, Comms/Engagement).Training and Communication:
Develop and deliver appropriate training, cascade, and support material to accompany changes.Implement stakeholder management, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are engaged and consulted.Manage effective change communication with customers at working, management, and senior levels.Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze and address risks and issues.Establish appropriate mechanisms and methods to support change roll-out.Baseline, measure, and lead the realization of business change benefits.Stakeholder Management:
Perform detailed stakeholder identification and analysis.Develop a clear understanding of the change from stakeholder perspectives.Ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged and consulted in a timely fashion.Documentation and Reporting:
Manage business change documentation and reporting.Source and provide best practice and industry-standard examples of business change management and guidance as required.
