Apply a recognised structured change management methodology and lead change management activities, utilising processes and tools to develop a strategy that supports adoption of required changes for projects and initiatives.Develop actionable deliverables for core change management plans, including the stakeholders plan, communications and engagement plan, and training planEvaluate the impact of change; developing change impact assessments, operational readiness assessments, sustainability assessments and training needs analyses.Support project risk management processes including identifying risks and developing mitigation plans in accordance with the PMO framework.Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.Support communication efforts by facilitating the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications related to the changes.Providing coaching and training to employees at a levels, providing input, documenting requirements, and assisting in the design and delivery of training programs.Define adoption success metrics and the measurement of their performance.Provide change management reporting and other updates to management and project teamsClarify and align new ways of working, new roles, new structures, technology, process to assure adoption & optimisation.Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change - course correct as required.Bring change to life for individuals, making it relevant, linking each role to relevant detail to assure sustainable adoption.Change Programme and business leads on approach / timing / impact where necessary to assure success. Experience in managing, delivering and embedding migration to Oracle HCM or equivalent.Extensive experience of managing, delivering and embedding change in cross-functional, fast-paced environments across a broad range of roles and locations.Experience and knowledge of change management best practice and methodologies.Extensive experience of working with senior stakeholders to assess requirements and implementing successful and effective change management across large-scale organisational change efforts.Experience developing high quality change materials (including stakeholder map, impact assessments, training needs analysis, training and communications etc.).Direct and engaging management style, with the ability to manage through influence and build effective relationships.
