Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 100% office based.

Free Parking must be a driver with access to own car.

The role is in two parts:

You would be managing the day-to-day operation of the site which would include supervision of the maintenance, reception, and administration staff. You would conduct site checks to ensure that the building and occupants are happy and would deal with any issues efficiently and quickly. You would be responsible for showing potential customers around the site, negotiating renewals, closing deals, and signing up new customers once terms have been agreed. You must be able to work on your own, be proactive, can build rapport quickly and easily and enjoy working towards financial targets.

This role would suit someone who has worked within hospitality, retail, property, or recruitment industries previously and might be seeking a change.
