Role: Service Lead / Business Analyst
Type: Contract - 6 months
Salary: 500 to 550 per day
Location: Bedfordshire
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Service Lead / Business Analyst for our Public Sector client, and we are specifically interested speak with anyone who experience within this type of role within Adults and Children's Social Care.
The role is required to lead and deliver activities through service reviews. Where opportunities have been recognised the role requires building and supporting business cases, proposals for new structures and supporting the transition of plans and suggestions.
Key responsibilities for the Service Lead / Business Analyst are;
Supervising on the development of Business Cases for allocated servicesLeading service redesigns for allocated services reviewing processes, systems resources and supporting transition activityCollecting, analysing and interpreting information to support service redesignCommunicating with different service teams and stakeholdersSupporting service areas on improvements and efficiencies to inform plansAssessing data sets, process mapping, processing the data and conducting capacity demand analysis
The Ideal candidate for the Service Lead / Business Analyst will have;
Local Authority experienceProject Management and Business Analyst experience with a track record of successful deliveryExceptional communicator with strong stakeholder engagementStrong team player with the ability to work under pressure to tight project deadlines
