As the Business Analysis Practice Lead, responsibilities include:

Leading and managing a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Driving collaboration and fostering a community learning culture.Working collaboratively with other practice leads to implement initiatives and processes that facilitate growth for the consultancy and its consultants.Developing and implementing business analysis methodologies, processes, and best practices.Gathering and documenting requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with business goals.Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gather input from stakeholders.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business analysis practices and deliverables.Staying up–to–date with industry trends and developments in the field of business analysis.Leading the team in assessing and implementing new technologies and tools to optimise business analysis processes and results.Providing strategic guidance to align business analysis efforts with organisational goals and objectives.Leading business analyst recruitment to ensure the consultancy secures great talent. Requirements:

Strong knowledge and understanding of business analysis methodologies, processes, and tools.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of business analysts.Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.Exceptional analytical and problem–solving abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross–functional teams.Experience in multiple delivery methodologies and frameworks.
