This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Reinsurance business in London. The ideal candidate will have Outwards Reinsurance, strong understanding of data manipulation and stakeholder management.

The roleholder will ensure effective design and enablement of our business models and standards. You'll be fully embedded within the total project lifecycle liaising directly with product ownership, developers, operational teams, quality assurance, and management to deliver core analysis and support. You will work with key stakeholders/business managers to support with the development of sustainable IT systems and services and monitoring of progress to achieve business strategy/plans.

Skills & Experience:

4-6 years as a Business Analyst Evidence of understanding and supporting operational systems and process flows. Working as part of a senior team within a complex organisation (preferably within financial services or Reinsurance industry)

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers at all levels and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences
