You can plan, implement and monitor changes in IT systems and services, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.IT operations and ITIL framework experience. You can manage and maintain IT infrastructure and services, following the best practices and standards of ITIL.IT support and Infrastructure knowledge. You can troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, provide technical support and guidance, and ensure the availability and security of IT infrastructure.BMC Remedy know–how. You can use BMC Remedy, a leading IT service management software, to automate workflows, track incidents, manage assets, and deliver services.ITIL Certification. You have a recognised qualification in ITIL, demonstrating your knowledge and skills in IT service management.IT degree or similar. You have a formal education in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.Great organisational and customer service skills. You can prioritise your tasks, manage your time, meet deadlines, and deliver high–quality results to your customers.Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, and work well with others in a team.UK work eligibility.
