A key Charity in the UK are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Transformation team.

Key responsibilities will be:

Perform business analysis on assigned projects.Securing a clear understanding of business needs.Lead the successful scoping of requirements.Ensuring that business needs are clearly articulated and shared with IT and Transformation.Perform requirements management and ensure that governance milestones are properly met.Build and maintain stakeholder relationships within relevant teams, especially project teams.Provide translation of technical and business language for wider understanding.Support teams throughout planning, implementation, and development and design phases.The Successful Candidate will be:

Highly efficient with a strong attention to detail.Understanding of working in a mission-based organisation.Green Belt Six Sigma or other related qualificationsAble to work to tight deadlines and at pace.Able to translate technical information for non-technical users. Effective communicator with strong report writing skills and not afraid to call out risks and/or failing performance. Able to consult, draft materials, and delivery training on business analysis tools and techniques as requested by the Transformation Programme Manager.Team player able to work effectively within and across teams.A demonstrable commitment to the organisations key values including commitment to diversity and inclusion in the delivery of services and employment.
