Business Administration Apprentice

Location: Meridian Business Park, Leicester.
Salary: GBP18,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
About the role:
The Business Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
Working with and supporting Operations with administrative duties Working with the wider business to convert Job Descriptions to AdvertsAuditing vacancies on the ATS ensuring correct approvals and benefit alignmentsCompleting reports Advertising new vacancies using job boards and social mediaLiaising with both candidates and clients via email and telephoneRecruiting for active positionsRegistering new candidatesManaging and updating our CRM accordinglyArranging interviews and gaining feedbackVetting through CV's and short listing relevant candidatesReaching out to companies to obtain reference checksRewriting and submitting CV's to clients

Willing to learn and progress Pro-active natureGood team playerExcellent communication skills Planning and organisational skills GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are requiredBehave in line with our company values - Integrity, Caring and QualityHighly IT literate and proficient with Microsoft applications inclusive of excelExcellent attention to detail when dealing with multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
