Picture perfect setting. ancient Caledonian Pine Forest directly behind back garden fence & to one side of bungalow. Numerous woodland walks surround property.

Kitchen and living together but slightly separated with wall. Enough room for large dinning table. 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and bathroom with walk in rainforest shower enclosure and hallway with cupboard. New heat pump central heating system with radiators in every room. Excellent neighbours, litter free area. My rent is £95.66 a week with 4 weeks rent free periods per year. 2 weeks Christmas & 2 weeks Easter School holiday periods.

What I require is ideally a new build bungalow or house only. No Flats. No neighbours above you or below you. I waited 20 years for a house so I won’t give this place up for a flat so please don’t ask. I need 2 bedrooms only. I don’t qualify for 3 bedrooms and cannot afford to pay for 3 bedrooms. I need a semi detached or detached end position house that has some privacy in garden as their a autistic person at my end who needs their private, quiet space outdoors. I don’t want house with solar panel roofs. I lived all my life in Glasgow apart from the last two years when I moved up here for university. I now need to move back to Glasgow as I have a mum in her 80s who requires my help.
