Calibre Search are now looking to speak with Building Surveyors (either those working towards their APC or on the cusp of becoming senior) who would be interested in joining a growing and thriving consultancy who are looking to build on their recent success in London and replicate this now in Manchester.
You will be working directly with the Director of their Manchester office helping support in building the team further and deliver on several their high profile private residential and commercial led schemes which will involve mostly a range of skilled project work as well offering core professional services in defect analysis, condition reporting, cost assessments etc.
Great position for nay aspiring Building Surveyor who likes the idea of being an integral member to this small team but have all the benefits and support (APC etc) of a Practice having a national presence in the market who are only looking upwards which you could play a big part in developing.
Duties:
Undertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reportsPreparing specifications for, and administering, repair and refurbishment contractsPreparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations/preparing exit strategiesPreparing planned preventative maintenance plansHandling Landlord & Tenant issuesContract administrationUndertaking building reinstatement cost assessmentsMaking sustainable business links with both external and internal clients and offering a professional and excellent client service at all timesBe active in business generation involvement (not essential at first)To discuss all my relevant roles in complete confidence please call Rob Hayton at Calibre Search
