My client a large well known Property Builders for social housing is seeking an experienced Surveyor to ensure that their properties, including one of London's landmarks, is properly maintained and to advise on building and property matters.
The postholder will need to ensure that financial decisions on property and building matters are informed and that any risks are anticipated and controlled.
The role is busy and varied and requires someone who is professional and confident with a can-do attitude.
They must have the ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and have an eye for detail and accuracy. ideally you will be professionally qualified (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or similar) BUT NOT ESSENTIAL and have experience in the surveying environment in commercial and in housing maintenance and in managing a multi-use portfolio of housing or building stock.

Salary - Up to 62k
