The role will include:

Site surveys to assess building defects and assess remedial worksPreparing illustrated reports with the necessary background researchPreparing specifications for repairsAttending meetings with clients and their consultants and assisting in giving appraisals of building material condition and building material performancePreparing fee proposals and contributing to bids. The ideal candidate will have:
