As the Building Safety Manager, you will be:
Ensuring that the organisation is compliant in all areas of Building Safety, Gas, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Legionella Safety, Asbestos, Lifts Provide leadership, support and management to ensure that the compliance is implemented in an effective way covering all assets and buildings under the organisation Managing the budgets and overseeing the finances for the department
Experience and Qualifications:
Extensive experience working with building safety and compliance Big 6 of compliance knowledge Fire and building safety legislation knowledge Previous experience leading a compliance / building safety team Social housing experience Understanding and experience working with budgets
