Job Title: Interim Building Safety Manager

Rate: GBP350 - GBP380 per day

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Interim Building Safety Manager. Key Responsibilities:

Building Safety Oversight: Monitor and manage compliance with building safety regulations, codes, and standards. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments of buildings to identify potential safety hazards and develop mitigation strategies. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to building safety. Incident Response: Develop and implement effective incident response plans, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of safety concerns. Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on building safety best practices and regulatory requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of building safety inspections, incidents, and compliance activities. Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing building safety performance and compliance status. Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in building safety management or a related field. Strong knowledge of building safety regulations, codes, and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation measures. Previous experience in incident response and crisis management. Familiarity with relevant software and tools for documentation and reporting.
