Building Porter Up to GBP23,000 per annum

We are working with a nationally accredited Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a Building Porter to cover their commercial contract in Glasgow. This is a full time, permanent role.

The desired candidate will have a number of years of experience as a Porter or in a Building Services environment, but this is not essential.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Complete PPM s and any additional semi-skilled tasks Set up meeting rooms and assist with office moves Carry out portering duties and minor handyman jobs as required Report any maintenance defects to the helpdesk for follow up

Experience and Qualifications required:

City & Guilds or NVQ in relevant subject would be beneficial Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge would be beneficial Knowledge of Construction methods and Health & Safety Someone eager to learn and assist with various duties
