Pro–Found Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Building Claims Handler to join their growing claims management team who provide an insurance claims management and building reinstatement service to insurers and intermediaries.

Managing claims from start to finishBuilding a scope of worksGiving support to on site engineers whilst works are in–progress.Checking off completed workSupporting with invoicing.Dealing with complaints. Buildings Claims Handler Experience:
Knowledge of the insurance industry related to Residential (Home and Commercial) propertyTechnical buildings knowledge.Claims scoping and management software experience, Symbility would be preferred but not essential)Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Experience of working in a customer focused environmentIT literate with ability to learn new technology Excellent communication and organisational skillsA strong focus on customer serviceKnowledge and experience of all insurance related perils such as fire, flood, escape of water and storm etc. Pro–Found Recruitment are an employment business and equal opportunities.
