I'm looking to share this lovely, bright office with another creative professional.

The office space is located on the corner or a recently built block, with large windows along two sides of the space so it is nice and bright. There is a large desk (2m x 1m) to rent - as well as lots of storage, a kitchenette / tea space etc. There is good wifi in the space. Everything is set up and ready, including the desk and chair.

I moved in 4 weeks ago, but the space is a very good size and perfect for two people (me + another person). There is fob access 24/7 and the office is located on the first floor above small independent art gallery.

The room is 24m2 and has a smaller separate space away from the desks for a small table / secondary work space if and when necessary. It has been fitted out to a good standard and will make a lovely space for someone to work.

I'm an architect with a small, creative architecture practice (just me) The space is ideal for another architect, creative professional, anyone LGBT friendly etc.
