BREEAM Consultant

My client is a multidiscipline engineering firm, who specialise in industrial engineering projects and are made up a team of specialist mechanical and electrical engineers that tailor their building solutions to the client's needs and budgets. They are looking to recruit a BREEAM consultant to report to their offices in Ascot, Berkshire.

BREEAM Consultants will be responsible for leading national BREEAM assessments, with the client providing the ability to develop the Consultants knowledge on a wider range of sustainability opportunities. This will allow the successful candidate to progress in thermal modelling, SAP assessments and to register an EPC assessor.

It will be required for the BREEAM consultant to be:

A licensed BREEAM AssessorExperienced in undertaking BREEAM assessments from per assessment to Post Completion Certification.Proficient in the use of Microsoft OfficeBREEAM AP would be desirable but not essentialBenefits of the role include:
