BJJ is a martial art that can be used for self defence but also is a great way to become healthier, stronger and improve your mental resistance and mindset.

This 12 week course will allow you to train twice a week in either a gi or no-gi setting (GI is the clothing used in BJJ) starting you right at the beginning alongside new practitioners like yourself. You are not tied into any recurring payments or contracts. Just a one off payment and that's it.
