Using their expertise to create innovative strategies and campaigns; this role will be responsible for working with business leaders and driving the companies business objectives. This role is based in West Sussex, 3 days per week with 2 days from home.

The successful Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for;
Owning, designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies; to make sure that the business achieves it's continued growth and expansion targets.
Creating and managing the company's brand image and values.
Leading, developing, and motivating the marketing team.
Communicating and collaborating with business leaders to drive forward growth, performance, creative and identity.
Developing and managing the marketing budget.

An exceptional creative; with an eye for detail and the ability to drive forward brand performance in line with business objectives.
Proven experience in leading a marketing team in the FMCG/Consumer/Retail industry; with a passion for premium delivery.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
Ability to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies.
