K.A.G. Recruitment are exclusively seeking a Branch Manager to join our client, a leading temporary recruitment agency, based in Leeds.
Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Leeds (LS1)
Hours: 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: 37-50k DOE Plus Bonus, 25 days Holiday plus stats, option to buy holidays
Purpose of the role:
You will join an established team with loads of growth potential overseeing the daily performance and management of the team and will be responsible for expanding and developing the client base further.
Key Responsibilities:
Balance personal and branch targets.
Manage your own desk to meet gross profit and targets.
Oversee all aspects of branch performance and service delivery.
Develop a comprehensive candidate strategy to attract high-quality candidates, including advertising and promotional activities.
Provide support to the resource team for candidate registration, interviewing, testing, and referencing when needed.
Engage in client attraction activities, including canvassing, mailing, and other sales-led initiatives.
Create a candidate pool to meet the identified vacancies through the client attraction process.
You will ideally come from a Recruitment or Sales background and have experience in developing relationships with a strong desire to grow your own personal career whilst motivating and managing others.
You will have worked in fast-paced environments, displaying resilience and adaptability and have strong attention to detail and a commitment to finishing tasks.
You will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and will be comfortable with both phone and email correspondence.
