Livestock, breeding and showing will be a passion of yours in this interesting new role. You will have previous experience in people management, perhaps from a herds person position or farm manager position.

In this role you will support the supply and demands of product by assisting the Stud manager in ensuring that the stock team and facilities are managed and maintained appropriately and meeting customer demands.

Previous livestock experience, people management experience and a valid UK driving licence are must haves for this role.

Your Day could look like:

• Working with the stud management and leadership team to ensure that strict bio-security protocols are up held to protect the health of the stud

• You will be leading and motivating a team to ensure that internal and external deliverables are met

• You ensure the health and safety of all members working on the stud are upheld

• You will communicate with all members of the team effectively to ensure a world class customer service is delivered.
