I have two Boss SE-70 effect processors currently for sale.

Note only the bottom one in the photos is for sale in this auction.

The one on sale here, although functional - all presets can be

accessed and edited - , has two faults. The first one is that the

Input level dial (L/R) is slightly bent (see last photo) and therefore

the left and right dials cannot be dialled independently - they can

only be moved together, as they are stuck at the same position.

This is due to the unit being dropped a few years ago.

The second issue is that the Effect push function of the main dial

(for turning the selected effect on and off) no longer works - it does

not switch the selected preset to the OFF position (i.e. red indicator

light off) when pushed in, which it would normally do.

Apart from the above mentioned issues, the unit works fine. All

presets can be accessed using the main dial, and its sounds can

also be edited/tweaked, renamed and saved within the editing

menu (which can be accessed by pressing the WRITE button).

I used this unit to add depth to my electric piano sounds - it has

some great algorithms for electric pianos, synths, vocals and guitar.

It comes with a generic third party power adaptor.
