Part-time Bookkeeper Required
(Three days per week); Onsite (with possibility of WFH)
Crestwave Solutions are an established IT Solutions business, based in Central London. They are looking for a bookkeeper experienced in administration, accounting and financial management.
Main Responsibilities
Dealing with Payables, Receivables, and bank/credit card reconciliation Prepare and send monthly invoices. Update internal databases and spreadsheets. Reviewing and submitting quarterly tax returns Credit control Relationship with clients and suppliers Cashflow-forecasting and various reporting s Monthly Payroll and maintenance of workplace pension scheme Commission Statements Preparation of payments Various support work for the CEO of the company Assist with HR enquiries. Year-end closing and liaising with external accountant. Qualifications
At least five years experience as an accountant/bookkeeper
Proficiency using Xero and Microsoft Excel AAT preferred or qualified by experience. Member of ICB would be helpful but not essential. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines. Excellent communication skills Strategic, Forward thinker. Education:
A degree or relevant certification in accounting/finance is preferred, along with some experience within IT, but not mandatory.
What we can offer:
GBP25k to GBP27k per annum, based upon a three-day week. 28 days holiday pro-rated
