Your responsibilities will include:
Undertaking essential bookkeeping tasks, such as bank reconciliations and processing purchase/sales invoices for our diverse client base. Preparing quarterly VAT returns with precision and ensuring compliance. Collaborating with the team to contribute to the preparation of comprehensive management accounts that support the clients' success. Reconcile supplier statements. Collate and process expenses. Post monthly payroll journals. Credit control on behalf of clients. Ensure accurate statements are sent to customers. Demonstrating exceptional time management skills by efficiently prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. Offering excellent client support through telephone, email, and other communication channels. Skills needed:
You will be a confident Bookkeeper with excellent communication skills, and proficiency in cloud-based software such as Xero is a definite advantage. Knowledge of management accounts would also be advantageous.
Whether you seek full-time or part-time work (with a minimum of 25 hours per week spread over 5 days. A hybrid work arrangement to accommodating your needs is available.
