BMS Project Manager - GBP65,000 Manchester

A fantastic opportunity for a site based BMS Project Manager to work with a company that has established itself as the preferred BMS integrator for all their clients, which has resulted in repeat business opportunities for decades. They are looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join their growing team.

The BMS Project Manager Role

As a BMS Project Manager, you will be managing the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and completion of a new BEMS installation from start to finish. You will ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Training junior engineers

To liaise with in-house CAD, applications, and commissioning engineers

Site visits and attending meetings

Ensuring project is handed over correctly

Planning and organising the works from start to finish

Producing technical submissions and description of operations

Procurement of parts and services

Producing O&M documentation

Develop new control techniques and solutions with the project team

Producing monthly applications and invoice forecasts

Being a source of technical advice and solutions to customers

Attending project team meetings

Estimating the cost to go on projects
