We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Block Manager to join our clients Liverpool office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leasehold, IRPM qualifications and a passion for customer service.
The Role
Manage a portfolio of residential properties in the liverpool areaEnsure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and Leasehold Legislation.Liaise with clients and contractors through in-person meetings, written communication, and phone conversations.Prepare service charge budgets and handle financial management, with support from our accountants.Handle insurance claims on behalf of clients.Attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings, with clients.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends related to property management.Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery. We are looking for an individual with block management experience. While training will be provided on in-house systems, proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, is essential. A good level of numeracy is also required, and experience with Property Management or Accounting software would be useful.
Familiarity with Residential Leases/Tenancies is desirable, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a good telephone manner, are crucial. Strong organisational skills will enable you to effectively manage your portfolio and provide a high level of service to clients.
IRPM qualifications are deserable.
The Package
In return for your expertise and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary circa GBP26,000-GBP32,000 dependent upon experience.
