We are recruiting for an experienced medical engineer for the Peterborough area to work on site Monday to Friday

2 years UK based experience is required

The RoleProvision of on-site medical devices repairs, preventative maintenance and services within specified hospital location. Build long term relationships with customers, subcontractors and staff to ensure excellent customer care.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on medical equipment as per manufacturer's guidelinesSupport the site manager / team leader as required and in achieving contractual KPI's.Complete repairs as required on medical equipment as per manufacturer's guidelinesSupport customers whenever needed to ensure minimal disruption to the operation of the hospital.Maintain safe working practices within the hospital environmentMaintain spare part stock wherever necessarySchedule and complete workload for customers within assigned areaMaintain service documentation in line with business requirementsMeet with OEM service staff and management when required Qualifications / Skills

HNC in Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalentQualification in Engineering, electronics or medical technologies such as biomedical engineering.2 -5 Years in healthcare environment with experience on medical equipment Package
