Advertising Agency Central London Hybrid Contract 35 – 43k

A forward–thinking, leading creative Advertising Agency is looking for a biller to join their dynamic team on a 3 month contract.

This is a newly created role with a strong potential to turn into permanent for the right person.

Billings Manager – The Role

Accurate billing in line with schedules/agreements, flagging missing POs promptly

Maintain client communication for fee agreements and align with Head of Finance/FC

Coordinate production finances, providing job managers with payment timing.

Display proficiency in 1st 50% / 2nd 50% splits, ensuring timely fund transfers

Manage WIP accuracy, cost capture, and timely job closures

Regularly meet with job owners to maintain accurate WIP and anticipate issues

Biller – The Person

Experience in a previous billing role is essential

Ability to work across multiple clients/companies

Strong communication skills

Strong attention to detail
