Lovely ground floor 1 bedroom flat in a victorian house on a quite residential street in forest hill, 100 foot garden for sole use! Double glazed, local bus & trains, shops, shools, doctors, an overall good place to live, only reasin i want to move is because i want a smaller garden, it dose need a little paint, & carpet or flooring, i didn't do it as am not planning on staying here, it also has original wooden flooring in living room, bedroom, and hallway, which can be restored if you wanted, i would like to stay in south east london.
