The Role
In 2025 we will celebrate our 200th anniversary. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of the Law Society and the legal profession - past, present, and future.
Joining a small project team, you'll help support the development and delivery of a wide range of activities and events, spanning exhibitions, national and regional events, projects, and publications.
This is an exciting and varied role where your expertise and knowledge will be used to great effect to make a real impact for our members and beyond.
What we're looking for
You will be a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills. You will have excellent planning, prioritising and organisational skills as well as experience of using your own initiative and applying a proactive approach to problem solving.
You should be educated to a degree level or have equivalent experience.
You should have experience of planning and organising varied programmes and events.
What's in it for you
This is an excellent opportunity to work with contemporary thinkers in a progressive membership organisation. The successful candidate will join a strong brand with a reputation for excellence and legal expertise, committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, and a culture of trust, clarity and respect.
We offer hybrid working, a generous flexible benefits package, a friendly working environment and the opportunity to develop your career within a professional organisation.
Please note: if you are an internal applicant, Pay Policy will apply.
The Law Society represents solicitors in England and Wales. From negotiating with and lobbying the profession's regulators, government and other decision makers, to offering training and advice, we're here to help, protect and promote solicitors.
