Uber Leisure are specialist trade to trade motorhome and caravan dealers who have been supplying leisure vehicles to the trade for over 15 years. We are based in Epping Green, Essex and only a few minutes away from the M11 and M25 motorways.

Terms and Conditions:

It is expressly agreed that you are acting in relation to the buying and selling of motorhomes, caravans or any other motorised vehicles for the sole purpose of your trade, business or profession.

The purchaser is acting as a business and is not dealing as a consumer for the purpose of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to any vehicle sold by Uber Leisure.

Implied terms as to satisfactory quality/fitness for purpose do not apply to any transaction between the purchaser and Uber Leisure.

All appliances and fixtures on any vehicle sold by Uber Leisure come untested. It is the purchaser's sole responsibilty and duty of care to ensure the appliances and fixtures are safe to use for the end consumer.

No liability or responsibility is accepted by Uber Leisure for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from any fault with any appliance or fixture of any vehicle sold to the purchaser.

No liability or responsibility is accepted by Uber Leisure for any third party companies or individuals instructed by the purchaser or suggested by Uber Leisure to carry out any servicing or repairs to any vehicle sold by Uber Leisure.

All deposits paid are non refundable unless the transaction is cancelled by Uber Leisure.

Deposits are valid for 14 days, longer terms are possible subject (without exception) to a larger deposit and authorisation by Uber Leisure. Once a deposit has been paid, the vehicle shall remain the property of Uber Leisure until such time as the purchase price is received in full and any payment cleared.

All descriptions are for identification purposes only and we shall not be responsible for errors of description. It is the purchasers responsibilty to inspect the vehicle in detail prior to any deposit paid or purchase made in full. Upon request, we can provide a damp tester, full gas bottle and/or hook up lead for the purpose of testing any appliance or feature.
