This desk is fully functional. I've been using it weekly for my band and for gigs, but we've just upgraded to a bigger desk so now surplus to requirements.

It's a nice little desk for a band, you can achieve at least one separate monitor mix with AUX1 send, and (arguably) a second mix with AUX2 if you are happy to sacrifice FX.
