Requirements

Strong knowledge of behaviour management techniques and interventionsPrevious experience working as a Learning or Behaviour Mentor is preferredExperience in SEN, challenging behaviour, coaching, or youth work is also highly desirableCommitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of young peopleEmpathetic, patient, and resilient nature
