We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Caerphilly.

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to serve as the initial point of contact for our customers. As a member of our Customer Service team, you will play a crucial role in representing our business and fostering strong relationships with our customers. Your efforts will be instrumental in building customer loyalty and trust. Through your excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, you will help ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Building strong, proactive relationships with customers+ Reviewing performance against agreed objectives and agreed monthly targets+ Taking every opportunity to develop sales from enquiries+ Notifying relevant personnel of customer purchasing trends+ Ensuring customer pricing is accurate and regularly updated+ Recording and following up on quotations and sample requests+ Processing all Customer orders including standing orders or call off orders+ Attending and contributing at team meetings+ Co-operate on all matters concerned with any Health, safety, training, legislative and environmental matters

+ Fantastic communication skills+ Able to listen to feedback, advice and instructions and respond effectively+ Comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software, ideally SAP+ Friendly, organised and resilient to create the best service for our customers+ Serious about Safety+ Able to learn and improve from any failure+ Bold and brave and not afraid to take risks+ Constantly seek opportunities to enhance your contribution to the business
