We are looking for a passionate, talented and driven individual to generate leads to establish new business relationships via telephone, email, social media and direct mail to secure leads that can be converted into sales and generate business within the recruitment sector

Role and Responsibilities:

Driving lead generation campaigns Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers Outbound telesales to generate leads and handle objections Generate leads through emails, social media and direct mail Provide information and advice, identify the needs of the customer, and provide the right solution Research and locate new prospects for our company Ability to pitch multiple services Support in the reporting of Business Development activity through attendance at weekly meetings, completion of any further documentation required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of lead generation, sales or telesales experience Excellent written and verbal skills General Office IT Skills Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment Highly motivated, resilient and target driven Job Type:

Permanent, Monday to Friday

You will report to the The Recruitment Manager

Salary - Dependant on experience
