Availability & IT Service Continuity Manager - GBP500 per day (Outside IR35) 4-month initial contract (likely extension)

FryerMiles are working with a well-respected Management Consultancy to assist with the recruitment of an Availability & IT Service Continuity Manager to work on a major Defence project for an initial 4-month period with likely extension.

The Availability & IT Service Continuity Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining service uptime and resilience through proactive planning, monitoring, and improvement activities.

The successful candidate will require:

- Active SC Clearance

- Proven experience in an IT Availability Management, Service Level Management, or related IT Service Management role

- ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation certificate

- Experience of working with Agile and Lean practises

Programme:

- Major Defence Programme

Working hours:

- 37.5 hours per week

- 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Location:

- Hybrid / Corsham

- 1-2 days a month on-site however this can be requested up to 3 days a week in rare occasions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a potentially long-term contract for one of the UK s major defence programmes.
