We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Audit Team, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of audit, accounting, and taxation services. The technical split for this role is 50% Accounts, 40% Audit, and 10% CT Tax, with flexibility to adjust to suit the candidate.
Key Responsibilities: As an Audit and Accounts Senior, your responsibilities will include:
Leading complex audits and accounts assignments.Managing support teams to ensure timely delivery within agreed timetables.Liaising with clients to obtain information for accounts and/or audits.Preparing and managing budgets and costs.Identifying opportunities for additional work and cross-selling services.Developing the support team through on-the-job training and supervision.Conducting ad-hoc assignments with assistance.Following the firm's methodology and adhering to professional ethics and standards.Developing a professional network for marketing and introducing new clients.Contributing to team and firm initiatives. Technical, Training, and Skill Levels:
ACA qualified/part qualified.Strong technical skills with minimal supervision.High standards of professional conduct and practice.Effective use of business tools.Efficient time management and organizational skills.Confident communication skills.Enthusiastic and committed to completing tasks.Building relationships with peers internally and externally.Awareness of relevant financial targets and constraints.
