Job Purpose

Lead audits from planning to completion for a wide range of clients.Plan and deliver various corporate engagements.Execute assurance assignments for statutory and group reporting.Mentor junior staff, supporting their learning and development.Monitor client expectations, deadlines, and budgets.Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships.Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.Troubleshooting and problem solving.Work closely with senior team members to support the audit function's strategic direction, gaining business development skills.Set an example for the team as a natural leader. ACA or ACCA qualified with experience managing a varied portfolio within practice.Demonstrable knowledge across audit work, including leading onsite assignments.Previous supervisory experience, with strong people management skills.Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team.Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.Networking and relationship building skills.First class organisational, multi-tasking and delegation skills.Commercially minded with the ability to confidently seek new business opportunities.
