Individual efforts and contributions are acknowledged and rewarded, resulting in further chances for professional growth and advancement.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include: Manage and grow a client portfolio by building a solid connection with them, understanding their needs, tracking work–in–progress against internal budgets and agreed–upon fees, billing, and keeping the client partner informed of status and challenges. Assuring that jobs are finished completely before being sent on to Partners. Plan the task efficiently in order to fulfil budgets and recoup payments, and communicate with the team. Managing the assignment of tasks to other team members. Regularly reviewing work to verify compliance requirements are fulfilled.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: A minimum of 6 years of audit and/or accounting practice experience is required. Qualified by the ACA or ACCA. Excel, audit and accounting programmes (CCH accounting Production, CCH Audit Automation), Outlook, and CCH Practice Management should all be used effectively.
