Job Purpose
Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, with largest turnover up to c.GBP100m.Lead audits from planning to completion, working closely with the Audit Manager to ensure service excellence.Deliver audit files ensuring technical accuracy.Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.Oversee junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities.Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function.Be a go-to advisor for clients, building professional relationships and adopting a proactive approach to problem solving.Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for your portfolio.
